Cageside/Toro Return Policy

Return Requirements

All returns must include the original order number, name, and email address.

Please email us to initiate a return or exchange at info@torobjj.com 

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. After 30 days,  we issue store credit only.

Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition. This means:

  • No signs of wear or damage
  • All original packaging, labels, and hangtags intact
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Not a special-order or custom item - including custom embroidered uniforms.

Mouthguards and groin guards are final sale items and cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, contact us at  info@torobjj.com.   Defective items or shipments you didn’t order will qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All of the above return requirements apply to wholesale purchases.

Refunds, Shipping, and Timeframes

Refunds are processed after we have inspected the returned items.

You must contact us within 30 days to initiate a return. Returns received after 30 days without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. 

If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping charges we paid will be deducted from your refund.
