Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placement.

During high-volume periods, such as sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking info first. If you still need help, reach out—we’ve got you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Toro BJJ & Cageside Fight Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this happens:

  • Check with neighbors or building management.

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • If you need help on our end, contact us, and we’ll assist where possible.
